Hyunwook Kim is a doctoral candidate at the NanoComputing Research Lab within the Electrical Engineering department at Eindhoven University of Technology. His research focuses on the design, fabrication, and circuit implementation of the sense-to-compute paradigm using coupled oscillatory neural networks. He holds a bachelor's (2022) and master's (2024) degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Kyungpook National University.
Research Interests: Kim's work bridges neural network architecture, low-power circuit design, and oscillatory systems. His projects emphasize edge AI applications, energy-efficient hardware, and scalable computing solutions. Recent contributions include advancements in monolithic 3D Ising machines and MoS₂-based photodetectors for analog computing.
Collaborations & Projects: He is a core member of the AI-on-ONN project (2024–2029), which explores online learning for sense-to-compute edge AI using oscillatory neural networks.
