Hung-En Sung is a Professor and Director of International Research Partnerships at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, CUNY. His work focuses on justice reform in transitional societies, police capacity-building, and gender-based violence. He has advised international organizations and managed over $13.5 million in grants since 2006.
