Hugo Klaers

Dr. Hugo Klaers is an Assistant Professor in St. Catherine University's Doctor of Physical Therapy Program and Director of the Human Anatomy Lab. A board-certified orthopedic specialist (OCS), he holds a BS in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota (2010) and a DPT from St. Catherine University (2014), completing an orthopedic residency at Fairview Health Services.

His research focuses on musculoskeletal assessment and shoulder rehabilitation. Klaers has published on athletic shoulder interventions, presented at APTA conferences, and teaches musculoskeletal examination, clinical anatomy, and therapeutic intervention courses. He co-chairs DPT program admissions.
