Hugh Chipman

Hugh Chipman is a Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Acadia University, Canada. He holds a BScH (Acadia), MMath and PhD (University of Waterloo), and is a P.Stat. member of the Statistical Society of Canada.
