Huey-Ming Tzeng

Huey-Ming Tzeng is a tenured Professor at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) School of Nursing, holding a PhD in Nursing from the University of Michigan and designation as a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing (FAAN).
