Howard Thomas Russell

Howard T. Russell, Jr. is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington. With a PhD from Santa Clara University (1976) and prior academic experience as an Adjunct Lecturer there (1973-2001), his expertise lies in analog circuit design, semiconductor device modeling, and feedback amplifier analysis. He founded OPAL Engineering, Inc. (1983-2000) to provide industry-focused analog design training.
