Hosam Elbaz is an Assistant Professor (Fixed-Term) in the Department of Pharmacology & Toxicology at Michigan State University's College of Osteopathic Medicine. He holds a PhD in Basic Pharmaceutical Sciences from West Virginia University (2011) and a PharmD from Misr International University (2005). His research focuses on cancer mechanisms, polyphenol therapeutics, digitoxin pharmacology, and drug-induced toxicity. He teaches courses including Introductory Human Pharmacology, Drug Safety, and Respiratory Pharmacology & Toxicology.
