Horatio Boedihardjo is an Associate Professor (later becoming Reader) in the Statistics Department at the University of Warwick (July 2020–present), previously serving as Lecturer in Probability/Stochastic Analysis at the University of Reading (September 2015–June 2020). He holds a D.Phil. from the University of Oxford's Mathematical Institute (conferred 2014), supervised by Prof. Zhongmin Qian, with additional research experience at the Oxford-Man Institute of Quantitative Finance (2013–2015) under Prof. Terry Lyons. Currently, he also serves as a Scientific Advisor to the Hong Kong Observatory.
His research focuses on Stieltjes-type iterated integrals along paths, with applications spanning cohomology of loop spaces, control theory, stochastic analysis, number theory, and machine learning. This interdisciplinary work bridges pure mathematics with applied domains such as quantitative finance and artificial intelligence.
Boedihardjo maintains active academic engagement, including office hours at the University of Warwick's Mathematical Sciences Building and remote consultations via预约. His teaching responsibilities include supervision of the ST318 course, with support coordinated through the University's Statistics Support Office.
