Hope E. Dameron

Dr. Hope E. Dameron is an Assistant Professor of Finance and Economics in the Department of Business and Entrepreneurial Studies at Lincoln University of Pennsylvania. She holds a BS in Business, an MBA in Finance, and a DBA in Financial Management. Dr. Dameron has over 20 years of clinical experience in finance and accounting, having worked with private and Fortune 500 companies in roles such as Investment Accountant, Financial Analyst, and Finance Manager.

Dr. Dameron is passionate about promoting financial literacy through curriculum development and community engagement. She has taught budgeting courses to adults (2005-2007), conducted high school finance curriculum research (2014-2017), and presented at the 2019 Annual Conference on Financial Education about mixed classroom finance instruction. Her professional service includes coordinating the Sigma Beta Delta International Business Honor Society and serving on Lincoln University's General Education and Writing Committees.
