Dr. Hongwei Jiang is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Engineering at RMIT University, Australia. His research focuses on airline and airport operations, including service quality, emergency management, and digital transformation in the aviation sector. He has published extensively on topics such as passenger behavior during crises, airline CRM systems, and LCC strategies.
Teaching interests include Air Transportation Systems, Airport Commercialization, and e-Business Systems. He is a member of the Air Transport Research Society (ATRS) and the ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) research group. His work addresses challenges in aviation safety, customer experience, and the adaptation of airlines to technological advancements.
