Hongliang Ni

Hongliang Ni is a PhD Researcher at The University of Queensland (UQ), joining in April 2023. Her research focuses on bias mitigation in human-in-the-loop decision systems, developed in collaboration with the Queensland Police Service (QPS). She completed her Bachelor of Science (Honours) at UQ and has prior experience as a research assistant at Peking University, as well as internships with technology companies like TikTok and Tencent.
