Hong TM Bui

Professor Hong TM Bui is an Affiliate Professor at IPAG Business School and holds a primary affiliation with Birmingham City Business School at Birmingham City University. With a PhD from the University of East Anglia (2010), her work spans economics, education, communication, and management, focusing on learning organizations, organizational studies, and interdisciplinary innovation/sustainability. She has served as Associate Editor for The Learning Organization and Applied Psychology: An International Review.

Her research explores workplace dynamics, team resilience, and post-pandemic educational transitions. Recent publications highlight interdisciplinary approaches to organizational behavior, with keywords spanning psychology, management, and pedagogy. She has secured over £1.5 million in research funding, including Newton Fund grants addressing global challenges like sustainable cities and climate change in the Global South.
