Holly Everett is an Associate Professor cross-appointed between the Department of Folklore and the School of Music at Memorial University of Newfoundland. Holding a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and both M.A. and Ph.D. from Memorial University, her work bridges folklore studies with material culture, tourism, and class dynamics. She is particularly known for her research on roadside memorials, memorial culture, and culinary tourism in Newfoundland and Labrador.
