Dr. Holloway Sparks serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Political Science at Georgia State University's College of Arts and Sciences, specializing in American politics and political theory instruction.

Her research focuses on U.S. political protest and dissent within American Government frameworks, examining Democracy and Dissent in the U.S. through lenses of Political Ideologies and Modern/Contemporary Political Thought.
