Holger Von Wenckstern is a Professor at the University of Oslo, affiliated with the Solid-state Physics and Quantum Technology department. His research focuses on combinatorial material science and wide bandgap semiconductors, with applications in advanced device fabrication and quantum technology.

- Growth of wide bandgap semiconducting metal oxides via combinatorial physical vapor deposition
