Prof. Holger Hermanns is a Professor of Computer Science at Saarland University since 2003 and currently serves as Scientific Director at Schloss Dagstuhl – Leibniz-Zentrum für Informatik. He holds visiting professorships in Grenoble, Guangzhou, and Copenhagen. His expertise spans formal methods, probabilistic systems, and software engineering, supported by European Research Council (ERC) grants and leadership in the DFG's Collaborative Research Center CPEC (2019). He has secured over €25 million in research funding through collaborative consortia.
