Prof. Holger Frahm is a Professor at the Institute of Theoretical Physics, Leibniz University Hannover, and serves on the Executive Board as Chief Information Officer (CIO). His research focuses on integrable quantum many-body systems, particularly quantum spin chains, non-Abelian anyons, and supersymmetric vertex models. His work explores exact solutions to investigate correlation effects in systems such as the Hubbard model and impurity physics. Prof. Frahm’s recent publications emphasize finite-size effects, boundary conditions, and critical phenomena in integrable models. Collaborations include Prof. Fabian H.L. Essler (Oxford) and Prof. Márcio J. Martins (São Carlos). His research group studies the scaling limits of quantum systems and their connections to conformal field theories.
Research Interests: Quantum Spin Chains, Non-Abelian Anyons, Supersymmetric Vertex Models, Impurities in Quantum Systems, Strongly Correlated Electron Systems, Integrable Models.
Key Projects: Analysis of the 1D Hubbard model, study of integrable boundary conditions, and exploration of anyonic condensation in fermion models. His work often involves quantum group symmetries and exact solutions via Bethe ansatz techniques.
