Holger Fleischer

Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Dr. h.c. Holger Fleischer, LL.M. (Univ. of Michigan), Dipl.-Kfm., is a prominent academic in German and European commercial law. He serves as Director of the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg since 2009.
