Hitesh Dhiman

Hitesh Dhiman is a doctoral candidate in Information Systems at the TH OWL University of Applied Sciences and Arts and the University of Rostock. He has served as a research assistant at the Institute for Industrial Information Technology (inIT) since 2018.

His research focuses on interdisciplinary Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) at the intersection of psychology, philosophy, and technology. He explores methods to enhance digital system design to improve user skills and eudaimonic well-being in workplace and everyday contexts.
