Hilla Back is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Management Studies at Aalto University's School of Business. She holds a Doctoral degree in Business and Economics from Aalto University (2024). Her research focuses on inclusion and diversity in multilingual organizations, particularly exploring the psychological and social dynamics of hybrid/virtual work environments for minority groups.
