Hilary Cottam OBE is a social entrepreneur and Honorary Professor at the UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP), part of The Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment. Her career spans international development and systemic welfare reform in the UK, building on her academic foundation through education at Oxford, Sussex, and the Open Universities.
Research Focus: Hilary pioneers community-centric approaches to reinvent outdated welfare systems. Key projects include:
