Hila Azulay

Hila Azulay, MD, is an Assistant Professor in Pulmonology at the UCSF Fresno School of Medicine. She specializes in pulmonary diseases, critical care medicine, and pulmonary hypertension. Dr. Azulay holds a BA in Chemistry and Dance from the University of California, Santa Barbara (2009), an MD from Tel Aviv University’s Sackler School of Medicine (2016), and completed residencies in Internal Medicine and fellowships in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine at institutions across California and New Jersey. She is a member of prominent medical organizations including the American College of Chest Physicians and the Society of Critical Care Medicine.

Her volunteer work includes coaching ballet for children with chronic illnesses via CoachArt and supporting underserved communities in the West Bank and Gaza through Physicians for Human Rights. Fluent in Hebrew and conversational in Spanish, Dr. Azulay is dedicated to both clinical care and medical education. Her hobbies include dancing, baking, hiking, and gardening.
