Herman van der Bent is a researcher affiliated with the Delta Power research group at Hogeschool Zeeland since May 2023. He holds a civil engineering degree from the University of Twente and a PhD from Delft University of Technology’s Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment, focusing on 'Towards a future sustainable housing stock.' His work bridges data analysis and policy development, particularly in energy transition initiatives in Zeeland. Previously, he worked for the Province of South Holland and Aedes (umbrella organization for housing associations).
