Henry Matthews is a Senior Lecturer at the Writtle School of Agriculture, Animal and Environmental Sciences within the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Anglia Ruskin University. His expertise spans practical agriculture, farm management, crop and livestock production, farm diversification, regenerative practices, and environmental stewardship.

Matthews' research focuses on regenerative agriculture, sustainability of food systems, adding value to agricultural and horticultural products, value chain development in former Soviet States, and organic and biodynamic farming. He is recognized as a Fellow of the Institute of Agricultural Management.
