Henrik Karstoft is a Professor at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering under AU Engineering at Aarhus University. His work focuses on signal processing, machine learning, and computer vision, with applications in sustainable insect production and agricultural technology.
His research includes projects like FLYgene, which aims to advance selective breeding of black soldier flies for livestock feed in Kenya and Uganda.
