Hendrik Niehoff is a researcher at the Friede Springer Chair of Business Ethics and Controlling within the Department of Economics at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg. He joined the university in May 2022 after completing his business administration studies at the University of Göttingen and the Technical University of Kaiserslautern.

Niehoff specializes in behavioral experiments to study wage delegation and moral self-regulation, contributing to the fields of business ethics and organizational behavior. His recent work focuses on replicating foundational studies in experimental economics.
