Helge Weman

Helge Weman is Professor of Nanophotonics at NTNU's Department of Electronic Systems, specializing in semiconductor nanowires for optoelectronic applications. He founded CrayoNano AS and holds 15+ patent families.

Research: Focuses on III-V semiconductor nanowires for UV LEDs and solar cells, with breakthrough work on graphene-based nanowire growth. Key projects include nanowire/graphene hybrid structures and nanoscale device fabrication.
