Helen Reardon is a Lecturer in Real Estate (Planning and Development) at the School of Engineering and Built Environment, Sheffield Hallam University. She joined the university in September 2015 with eight years of professional experience in planning and development consultancy. Her expertise includes development feasibility, appraisal, planning applications, and urban regeneration strategies.
Research interests focus on urban development, real estate economics, housing policy, master planning methodologies, and economic impact analysis of development projects.
Helen is a chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and contributes to organizing RTPI Conference Series events.
