Helen Mitchell is an Associate Professor of Leadership, Ethics and Strategy at Biola University, affiliated with the Crowell School of Business and the Talbot School of Theology. She also serves as Director of the Talbot Center for Faith, Work and Economics and mentors MBA students at Biola.
- Education: M.A. in Biblical and Theological Studies from Talbot School of Theology, M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Biola University, and B.S. in Marketing from Arizona State University.
Research Interests focus on integrating faith with workplace dynamics, emphasizing organizational leadership, strategic transformation, and business ethics. She explores themes like theology of work, employee engagement, and women in leadership, advocating for redemptive impact through professional roles.
Scientific Awards include the Alumni Award – Outstanding Commitment and Excellence (2015) and recognition in Who's Who Among Students in American Universities & Colleges (2011).
