Helen Bird is a Senior Lecturer in Law at Swinburne University of Technology's School of Business, Law and Entrepreneurship. She specializes in corporate governance and regulatory trends, focusing on corporate law, financial services, and securities. As a panel member of the ASIC Corporate Governance panel, she actively engages with regulatory and legal issues in corporate Australia.
