Heikki Tiilikka is a Junior Researcher and Doctoral Researcher at the Faculty of Education, University of Lapland. He is affiliated with the Doctoral Programme: the Arctic in a Changing World. His research focuses on community languages, Sámi revitalization, land-based education, and indigenous rights. Tiilikka has been actively involved in transdisciplinary projects addressing Arctic security and capacity sharing.
