Heike Schuppelius

Prof. Heike Schuppelius is a Professor of Stage Design/Scenic Space at the Offenbach University of Art and Design (HfG Offenbach) since 2018 and has served as Vice President of the HfG since 2020. She holds a background in architecture and stage design from the Berlin University of the Arts and the Architectural Association/Central Saint Martins in London, with international fellowships in Marseille, New York, Cairo, and Rome.

Her work spans stage designs, installations, and collaborations with artists like Sasha Waltz, Yael Ronen, and Omer Fast. Notable projects include EXXODOS (Jahrhunderthalle Bochum, 2018), Body (Schaubühne Berlin, 2000), and participations in festivals such as Athens Festival and Warsaw Autumn. She received the Bessie Award (2003) and Rome Prize (2004) for her contributions to visual design.
