Heidi Haukelien

Heidi Haukelien is an Associate Professor at the Department of Nursing and Health Sciences, Faculty of Health and Social Sciences, University of Southeastern Norway. She also serves as the local director of the Center for Care Research (Porsgrunn) and is a Senior Researcher at Telemark Research. Her work focuses on the intersection of welfare policy, health service management, and gender studies, with extensive fieldwork experience in hospitals and municipal health systems.
