Hege Yvonne Hermansen

Hege Yvonne Hermansen is a researcher at the Center for Professional Studies, Oslo Metropolitan University. She leads the E-Pal (Equipping Palestine with E-learning) project, a six-year research and development initiative funded by Norad's NORHEDII program focusing on digital pedagogy in Palestinian higher education. Her work spans professional education, teacher training, and digital transformation.
