Hee Yoon Kwon

Hee Yoon Kwon is Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management at The Citadel's Tommy and Victoria Baker School of Business. He holds a PhD in Supply Chain Management from University of Rhode Island. His research focuses on humanitarian logistics, gamified learning, and immersive technologies in educational and operational contexts.

Current research examines post-disaster donations management, public engagement strategies, and applications of VR/AR in operations management. Pedagogical innovations include flipped classroom implementations and op-ed writing assignments for business students.

Recent publications address pedagogical adaptations during COVID-19, port competitiveness in cruise industries, and innovative teaching methodologies in supply chain education.
