Hector Valdivia is a Professor of Music at Carleton College, where he has been teaching since 1994. His instructional focus includes violin, viola, chamber music, and creative performance seminars. He also explores interdisciplinary themes such as music and censorship.
- Education: Master of Music (MMus), Master of Musical Arts (MMusA), and Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) from the Yale School of Music.
