Heather Randell is Assistant Professor in Global Policy at the Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs, University of Minnesota. Her work investigates climate change impacts on human migration, food systems, and community resilience.
Research employs spatial analysis and household surveys to examine environmental displacement, agricultural adaptation, and dam-induced relocation. Fieldwork spans Brazil, Ethiopia, and US communities facing climate disruptions.
