Heather Porter is an Assistant Professor in Literacy Studies at Salisbury University. She holds a doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction: Literacy (EdD, 2018) and a master’s degree in Higher Education & Student Affairs (MEd, 2009) from the University of South Carolina, along with a BA in French and Secondary Education (2007) from Randolph-Macon College.
