Heather McCain

Heather McCain is a Teaching Professor in the Project and Engineering Management Programs at the University of Kansas. She holds a PhD in Technology Management (Indiana State University), an MS in Engineering Management (University of Kansas), and a BS in Electrical Engineering (Kansas State University). With over 25 years of industry experience, her expertise spans quality engineering, project management, and continuous improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma. Previously, she served as Quality Manager at Garmin International and held roles at Hallmark Cards and Honeywell Aerospace/Automotive.
