Hazel Anderson

Dr. Hazel Anderson is an Assistant Professor in the Physical Therapy Programs at the University of St. Augustine's College of Rehabilitative Sciences (Austin campus). Originally from Zimbabwe, she earned her physiotherapy degree from Glasgow Caledonian University and Doctor of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University. Her clinical expertise spans outpatient orthopedics and pelvic health, which informs her research on women's health, biomechanics, and mindfulness practices.

Dr. Anderson teaches Patient Care Management, Biomechanics, and Wellness and Health Promotion courses. Her educational approach integrates clinical experience from diverse healthcare settings with a focus on holistic patient care and health promotion strategies.
