Hayley Passmore is a Lecturer in Criminology at The University of Western Australia Law School, specializing in youth justice and neurodisability research. With qualifications in child health, criminology, and psychology, she has over 13 years of experience working in prisons and youth detention facilities. Hayley is renowned for developing Reframe Training, an evidence-based program for managing neurodisabilities like FASD in justice settings, delivered to over 900 professionals across Australia and internationally.
