Hatice Reyhan ÖZİYCİ

Hatice Reyhan ÖZİYCİ is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, Antalya Bilim University, since 2017. She holds a Doctorate (2014), Master's (2008), and Bachelor's (2005) in Food Engineering from Akdeniz University and Atatürk University, respectively.
