Prof. Hassine Moungla is a Lecturer at Telecom SudParis, associated with the SAMOVAR research institute and the NeSS group. His research focuses on wireless networks, edge computing, reinforcement learning, IoT systems, vehicular networks, and machine learning applications in network optimization. He has contributed to over 50 publications since 2004, addressing topics such as UAV-assisted networks, intelligent reflecting surfaces (IRS), and blockchain-based network slicing.
