Hassan M. Nagib

Hassan M. Nagib holds the John T. Rettaliata Endowed Chair in the Armour College of Engineering at Illinois Institute of Technology, with primary affiliation in the Department of Mechanical, Materials, and Aerospace Engineering.

His educational background includes a B.S. (1968), M.S. (1969), and Ph.D. (1972) in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology.

Dr. Nagib's research spans fundamental and applied fluid mechanics, with expertise in hydrodynamic stability, transition phenomena, turbulence management, multiphase flows, flow control strategies, wind engineering applications, and thermal-fluid systems.
