Hasini Ransala Liyanage

Hasini Ransala Liyanage is a Doctoral Research Fellow at the Oslo Nuclear Project within the Department of Political Science at the University of Oslo. Her research focuses on nuclear non-proliferation, extended deterrence, and alliance dynamics within international law and politics. Prior to this role, she worked as a legal researcher at the Swedish Defense University and Swedish Red Cross.

She received the Swedish Institute Global Professionals Scholarship in 2019.
