Dr. Hasan Sözen serves as an Associate Professor in the Sport Sciences Faculty at University of Ordu, Türkiye. His academic career spans research and editorial work in sports science with a focus on physiological aspects of athletic performance.
Dr. Sözen's primary research interests include sport and exercise physiology, physical fitness, and athletes' health, with particular emphasis on cardiorespiratory fitness metrics and muscle activation patterns during exercise. His work frequently examines the relationship between physiological measurements and athletic performance indicators.
His recent publications span multiple edited books and research chapters examining cardiorespiratory fitness, tendon physiology, and electromyography applications in sports.
