Hasan Güney YILMAZ

Prof. Dr. Hasan Güney YILMAZ serves as Professor and Head of the Department of Periodontics at Near East University Faculty of Dentistry, a position he has held since co-founding the department in 2007. His academic leadership includes serving as Chief Physician from 2016-2022 and achieving full Professorship in 2018.

His educational foundation was built at Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry where he:

Prof. YILMAZ's research centers on advanced periodontal therapies, with particular expertise in dental laser applications and implant dentistry.
