Harvey Dillon is a Professor in the Department of Linguistics at Macquarie University, affiliated with the Hearing Research Centre and Hearing CRC. He previously held the position of Professor of Auditory Science at the University of Manchester (2017–2022). His research focuses on auditory processing disorders in children, aiming to identify deficits in auditory processing, speech perception, cognition, and language, and to develop remediation strategies.
