Hartmut Herrmann

Hartmut Herrmann is a Professor of Atmospheric Chemistry at the University of Leipzig and a Professor in Environmental Science and Engineering at Fudan University (Shanghai, China) and Shandong University (Qingdao, China). He serves as Head of the Atmospheric Chemistry Department at the Leibniz Institute for Tropospheric Research (TROPOS) since 1998 and as Deputy Director of TROPOS since 2011. His research focuses on atmospheric aqueous-phase chemistry, including free-radical reactions, kinetics, and multiphase modeling.
