Harry Turtle is a Professor in the Department of Finance and Real Estate at Colorado State University, holding the Tinberg Business For a Better World University Professorship. He earned his Bachelor’s from the University of Saskatchewan, Master’s in Economics from the University of Western Ontario, and doctorate from the University of Alberta. Previously, he served as Department Chair and Omer L. Carey Chair at Washington State University, and as Fred T. Tattersall Distinguished Chair at West Virginia University.
